For daily maintenance:

Adults and Children over 12 years of age, take 2 teaspoons daily.

Children between 6-12 years old, take 1 teaspoon daily.

 For Intensive Use: 

Adults and Children over 12 years of age, take 2 teaspoons, 4 times daily.

Children between 6-12 years old, take 1 teaspoon, 2 times daily.
